Staff Completion

Documents can now have fields for completion by a staff member after it has been submitted by the patient (previously all fields had to be completed by patient/staff before submission). Those staff fields will not be available for the patient to fill out when the document is being viewed by the patient. Once the patient has completed their fields and submitted the document, the document will be routed to the “Staff Completion” tab where staff can fill out the fields they are responsible for. Documents can be sorted by Provider, Patient Name, or Document type. Design of templates with staff fields requires Visual Form Editor (VFE) 9.4 or higher. Fields for staff should be designated “Staff Field” and a post processing value of “Staff Completion” should be added.
